Another overnights oats recipe, but this time Blueberry Muffin flavor. It seriously feels like you’re eating dessert for breakfast! This recipe is my latest obsession; it is so delicious & makes me excited to wake up knowing I have this waiting for me in the fridge!
This is going to be a life saver for you if you live a fast-paced life & have a hard time being able to eat breakfast in the morning. The oats will provide you with energy to power through your day & get you through that long to-do list!
Blueberries aid digestion, boost immunity, reduce inflammation in the body & promote heart health. They are also an excellent source of Vitamin C & K. LOVE that for us!

Ingredients you will need:
3/4 cup oats
1 cup plant-based milk or water
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp cashew butter or any nut butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp coconut or brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Recommended toppings:
blueberries
unsweetened coconut flakes
cacao nibs
almonds
honey or maple syrup
Directions:
1. Add oats, oat milk, cashew butter, flax, chia & hemp seeds, coconut sugar & vanilla extract in container & mix together until well combined.
2. Add in 1/2 cup of blueberries & mix together.
3. Add additional toppings, place lid on container & let sit in the fridge overnight.
4. Grab out of the fridge in the morning or whenever you are ready to eat them.
