Greek Pasta Salad

This is such a delicious, quick, wholesome idea for dinner or a side dish any day of the week. It would go well with some grilled chicken too if you are looking for something to add to it.

It takes under 15 minutes to make. If you are ever in a pinch or aren't sure what to make..this can be your new go-to!

🍅 TOMATOES reduce inflammation, promote heart health, and may help reduce the risk of stroke.

🫒 OLIVES support heart health, and may protect against osteoporosis and cancer.

Ingredients for the pasta salad:

  • 16 oz. rotini pasta, cooked

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives

  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped

  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/2 cup vegan or regular feta cheese

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • 2 lemons, juiced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


1. Cook the pasta based on the instructions on the box.

2. Then, add all ingredients for the pasta salad together in a large bowl.

3. In a small bowl, add all ingredients for the dressing. Whisk and pour over pasta salad. Mix until evenly coated.
