Shots, Shots, Shots - Everybody!

Let’s boost those immune systems people! This is undoubtedly a scary time we are experiencing right now with COVID. I know I feel like nothing is in my control and am in fear of the unknown.

BUT what we do have control over is what we are fueling our bodies with each day, staying hydrated, our thoughts & attitudes, how we react to this situation and how we move our bodies each day.

This time, more than ever, we need our immune systems to be at their peak. Here are a few immune boosting, vitality shots I made for my fiancé and me to try and help keep our immune systems strong.

If you don’t have a juicer, just eating these foods in general will help support your immunity OR this is an great opportunity for you to support your local juicery & health food stores.

Ingredients you will need:

Beetroot Shot:

  • 1 cup of organic cooked beets

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 inch on ginger

Orange, Lemon & Ginger Shot:

  • 2 oranges

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 inch ginger

  • Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Green Machine Shot:

  • 1 bunch of organic parsley (rinsed)

  • 2 handfuls of organic spinach (rinsed)

  • 1/2 of a cucumber

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 inch ginger


Directions:

1. Wash all ingredients


2. Peel skins off with


3. Cut all ingredients into sizes that will fit in your juicier.


4. Place into juicer.
