I’ve got 3 quick (but important!) questions for ya…Ready?! ⬇️

I’ve had so many questions about who my Health Coaching Program would be a good fit for, so I’ve put together what I call the 3 Golden Questions to help you figure it out. ⚡️



If you answer yes! to one or more of these questions, my guess is that my Health Coaching Program would be a really good fit for you.


If you answer no to all three, you’re likely not going to get the most out of it.

Ready to take the test?

Question 1: ⚡️Are you wanting to make healthy changes & be consistent but for some reason, it’s just not happening?

Question 2: ⚡️Do you go into each week with the best intentions to eat ‘healthy’ only to let yourself down leaving you deflated, frustrated & stuck in the ‘all or nothing’ mentality?


Question 3: ⚡️Are you constantly asking yourself ‘why can’t I just stick to eating healthier?’
