Your body is constantly talking to you and sending you signals. You can fully hear it when you take the time to SLOW DOWN and LISTEN to what it is trying to tell you.
NOURISH IT – with wholesome foods that you know makes your body thrive. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY with your favorite foods that make your SOUL happy! Eat the chocolate cake or your favorite candy bar with NO GUILT when you want to because that’s what makes you FEEL satisfied and will keep you consistent. MODERATION OVER DEPRIVATION every👏🏼single👏🏼time.
MOVE IT– in a way that feels good for you, because you love your body, not because you hate it. Stretch, go for a walk or run, swim, cycle, go play soccer or shot some hoops on the basketball court. Do whatever makes you feel good, because when you move, you create energy. Then, in turn have energy to do the things you love and can show up as the best version of yourself.
LOVE IT – know that your body is always working FOR you, not against you. Love and appreciate ALL your body does for you DAILY to keep you alive. The body is an amazing thing, so take some time to appreciate ALL it does for you and give it some love so you can start working together, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
