Look, I get it! The first thing you want to do when you get home from working an 8+ hour day is to grab a snack, pour yourself a nice, big glass of wine, sit on the couch & binge watch you favorite show.
BUT if you really want to reach your goals of wanting to feel more energized, healthy & happier, then it’s important to drop the excuse of being too tired or not having enough time to get on a healthier track.
We all struggle with finding motivation; I’ve been there myself. The biggest thing you can do for yourself is to start making small, consistent, realistic changes.
Replace the glass of wine with a glass of water a few days a week; instead of sitting on the couch after work, walk on the treadmill while watching your favorite Netflix series; instead of going for that bag of chips, cut up some fruit & dip it in your favorite nut butter.
Making small, conscious & maintainable changes over time can be achieved - you will surprise yourself! By now, you know what to do. Do it for yourself, show up every day for YOU!
