I was deep in my disordered eating patterns - completely numb, disconnected from who I was and riddled with anxiety - I felt completely helpless.


I was told I needed to SLOW DOWN: to become more aware of how I was actually talking to myself and recognize the negative and limiting beliefs that were on a constant loop in my head.

I finally realized I needed to completely change the relationship I had with myself.


I needed to REWIRE my brain.

I was desperate for change, so that’s what I committed to.

I've learned over the years that changing your relationship with yourself, your body and food is an INSIDE job. Your relationship with food is a direct reflection of the relationship you have with yourself.

You can read up on all the ways to eat healthy, that’s literally what Google is for. But, how is it that we have access to all this information, but still feel so helpless and disconnected?

The first step to change is to become CONSCIOUSLY AWARE about the way you talk to yourself, the negative and limiting beliefs you have, and what events trigger a negative emotional state within you.

In order to become consciously aware, you need to SLOW DOWN. CREATE SPACE for yourself to recognize your inner dialogue.

This is when MEDITATION becomes a powerful and necessary tool.

Meditation has completely transformed my life...it allows you to access a state of presence and become aware of your current beliefs and negative self-talk.

From that place, you have the POWER to change your inner dialogue.
